Historically we haven’t been able to keep up with forum posts here as much as we’d like, but that’s now changing 
@andy1li is our new developer experience engineer and will be spending a lot of time here on the forum! 
We aim to respond to most questions within a day or two (priority to paid members) and will try our best to extract actionable improvements from each post so that fewer folks have to write in over time.
Please don’t hesitate to ask questions / report bugs / share feedback - all of this makes a huge difference and helps us improve the product over time.
