Progress bar in "recent attempts" updates incorrectly when extensions are enabled

When enabling/disabling extensions, sometimes the completed stages count in “Recent attempts” fluctuates to a different number.

We should have a fix for this out early next week!

This is now fixed! @libmartinito shipped a fix for this earlier today.
