When doing the download a piece challenge the tracker isn’t returning a valid response

Hi @thestuckster
I request you to go through other threads describing a similar issue. Here are two:

  1. Peer does not respond with a "piece" message to a valid "request" message? (always the same block)
  2. Download a piece #nd2
