@zulfkhar00 The flakiness is caused by creating two bufio.NewReader from the same masterConn: [image] The message REPLCONF GETACK * could get buffered by the first reader, leaving the second one with nothing to read.

@andy1li, you are right, by the time I was creating another buffered reader, the previous reader already buffered REPLCONF GETACK *
